Apply for Request Transfer

• Log-in with the Electronic Key (eKey)
• Fill in the application form
• Attach the required documents
• Sign the Required Declarations

• The citizen has an existing housing application and wishes to transfer it to another person who meets the terms and conditions.

First Category (from husband to wife or vice versa):

• Declarations pertaining to this category.
• A copy of the marriage certificate and if issued outside the Kingdom of Bahrain requires the ratification of the certificate by all concerned entities inside and outside the Kingdom of Bahrain.
• An updated original Salary Certificate or Salary Slip stamped by the employer for the couple provided that the date of issuance must not exceed one month before the date of application.
• A Statement to declare the non-utilisation/non-benefiting of housing services in the event of working in one of the companies or banks granting housing services or mortgages.
• An original bank statement of account stamped by the bank including the IBAN of those entitled to the housing allowance.

From the First Category to the Second Category :

• Declarations pertaining to this category.
• An original and detailed Salary Slip stamped for the current month pertaining to the applicant to whom the service is being transferred.
• An original bank statement of account stamped by the bank including the IBAN of those entitled to the housing allowance.
• A copy of the Death Certificate and Religious Ordinance Document in the case of the applicant’s death.
• A copy of the divorce certificate.
• A valid continuity of child custody that does not exceed one year from the date of issuance for the divorced man or woman.
• An original statement of account stamped by the bank containing the IBAN of the housing allowance for the transferee.

From the Second Category to the Third Category ::

• Declarations pertaining to this category.
• An updated and detailed original Salary Certificate or Salary Slip stamped by the employer for the applicant provided that the date of issuance must not exceed one month before the date of application.
• An original statement of account stamped by the bank including the IBAN of those entitled to the housing allowance.

One-time Change of the Representative of the Third Category :

• Declarations pertaining to this category.
• An updated and detailed original Salary Slip stamped for the current month for the applicant to whom the request is transferred.
• An original statement of account stamped by the bank including the international number of those entitled to the housing allowance.
