Apply for “Tas’heel” Financing Request

• Log-in with the Electronic Key (eKey)
• Register in the Government Notification System
• Approve the Family Members Declaration
• Fill in the application form
• Attach the required documents
• Approve the Comprehensive Declaration

• To be a Bahraini.
• To be the head of the family.
• The age of the applicant at the time of submitting the application and disbursement of the financing from the financing bank shall not be less than (21) years and not more than (50) years for the Tas’heel Aqari, Tas’heel Al Bait Al Oud and Tas’heel Ta’awon Financing Programmes, and not more than (60) for the restoration financing, and the applicant must be fully competent.
• The applicant’s income at the time of application and until the disbursement of the financing from the financing bank shall not be less than (320) Bahraini Dinars and not more than (1200) Bahraini Dinars, and shall not be less than (120) Bahraini Dinars when applying for the restoration financing.
• The applicant or any of their family members must not have previously received any housing service for the purpose of owning a property provided by the government or any other entity, except for the restoration financing request, where it includes the restoration of the only dwelling owned by the family.
• In the case of the Restoration Financing request, a period of (10) years should have passed from the time the applicant or any of their family members had benefited from any housing service for the purpose of owning a property provided by the Government or any other entity.
• In the case of applying for the Restoration Financing service and the applicant had previously benefited from a housing service from the Ministry, they must be regular in paying their installments resulting therefrom, and not have a debt due to the bank that exceeds (3) months, and the applicant or any member of their family, must not have previously received financing for restorating the concerned dwelling in their application.
• In the case of financing the construction of a dwelling, they must prove that they or any member of their family owns the dwelling and, until the financing is disbursed, it is a one land plot that is considered an appropriate residential space free from any legal dispute.
• The applicant’s family must be a permanent resident of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
• • Without prejudice to paragraph (6) of this Article, the applicant shall not be the owner of a property; they or a member of their family; for a period of (3) years prior to the submission of the application and until allocation,

and shall be considered an owner as per the following:

• Anyone who has benefited from a dwelling through one of the forms of Islamic financing or under commercial financing.

Restoration Finance:

• A full copy of the title deed of the property to be restored including the name of the owner

For the First Category:

• Copy of the wife's valid residency.

For the Second Category – Married to a Foreign Husband:

• Copy of the valid residence permit for the husband.

For the Second Category – Divorced:

• Copy of the Continuity of Child Custody with its date of issuance does not exceed one year.

For the Third Category :

• Copy of the Mother & Father’s Marriage Certificate
• Copy of the the Mother & Father’s Divorce Certificate (in case of tivorce of the parents)

In case of Self-Employment :

• An original and recent salary certificate for the current month or earlier from the Commercial Register issued by the Notary Office of the Ministry of Justice & Islamic Affairs.
• Form - Authorization of the Customer to verify the Customer's accounts

In case of Retirement :

• An original Retirement Certificate detailed with bonuses, stamped by the competent authority provided its issuance has not exceeded one month.

In case of working in the Military Sector :

• An updated original Salary Certificate or Salary Slip Stamped in the same month of application.
• Proof of Military ID.

In case of working in the Government or Private Sector :

• An updated original Salary Certificate or Salary Slip Stamped in the same month of application.
