The Ministry of Housing has regulated all mandatory procedures that the citizen must follow to ensure the safety and longevity of the housing unit, and to guarantee its sustainable utilization in the same condition it was received from the Ministry. Out of the Ministry's commitment to preserve the purpose for which the units were built, and at the same time maintain the front facades of the services and the project as a whole, the Ministry has ensured that the maps and designs it approved during the construction of the units are made available to the beneficiary due to their significant importance, which is represented by the following:
These designs are important for the engineering office before issuing a building permit when drafting maps for an addition to the unit.
The designs include information related to load-bearing walls , electricity and water connections , and other details.
The maps and designs have been prepared for each category of the constructed housing units, and adherence to using the specific designs for the allocated housing unit category is mandatory.
