Minister Amna Al-Rumaihi said that the housing finance exhibition, which will be held over 10 days, will be attended by 19 real estate companies and 8 commercial banks, noting that this edition of the exhibition will witness a doubling of the supply of residential real estate to more than 10,000 diverse properties, including units, vouchers and apartments. Residential, at prices commensurate with the value of the financing.

The minister revealed that the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning offered 132 housing units ready for sale in the first project for the government land development rights program for marketing in a special pavilion for the exhibition, which is the project that the ministry implemented in partnership with the private sector within the government land development rights program, and citizens wishing to benefit from the financing will be able Housing units directly book the project, whose units value does not exceed 99 thousand dinars.

The minister indicated that the aim of organizing the second edition of the housing finance exhibition is to continue to acquaint citizens with the types and advantages of financing services offered by the ministry in August of last year, and to present exclusive offers of real estate and bank financing to citizens wishing to benefit from financing, as the exhibition brings together all stakeholders. system under one roof.

She also noted that the success of the first edition of the exhibition, which was held last November, and the positive results it achieved in terms of the demand for financing services, and the remarkable turnout it witnessed, paved the way for the repetition of its organization to continue achieving the positive results achieved so far in terms of the remarkable turnout. on financing services.
