Today, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank concluded the fourth edition of the "Mobile Branch of Housing Finance" initiative, which witnessed a wide turnout and interaction from citizens over a period of 5 days in the City Center Bahrain complex.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning confirmed its keenness to continue organizing this initiative in the various governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain, according to a specific timetable, with the aim of reaching the largest segment of citizens, which contributes to expanding the circle of beneficiaries of funding, adding that the fifth edition of the initiative is scheduled to be held in the Development Complex in the Southern Governorate during the period from 1 to 5 next October.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning explained that the mobile branch initiative witnessed a large presence and interaction from citizens throughout the days of the initiative, to learn about the immediate services that contribute to meeting their housing needs, as representatives of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank provided financing consultations to citizens and informed them of the provisions and standards of housing financing directly.
The Ministry stated that the "Beity Real Estate" platform contributed to providing housing solutions by displaying more than 13,000 properties compatible with housing financing, within the "Tasheel" programs of all kinds, "Tasheel +", the "Mazaya" program, and the new category thereof, as the platform displayed residential units, vouchers, and apartments distributed across all governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain with the virtual tour feature in the projects.
During the initiative, consultations were also provided to citizens to enable them to choose the appropriate type of financing, familiarize them with financing facilities through the banks participating in the program, and present social housing projects that are implemented through the government land development rights program to serve citizens benefiting from financing programs.
It's worth noting that the Mobile Branch initiative is an extension of a series of initiatives aimed at continuing to enhance citizens' awareness of and benefit from housing services. A number of funding exhibitions have previously been organized at the City Centre Bahrain, Avenues, Ramli, and Country Mall, in addition to a conference and exhibition on innovation in the social housing sector, in addition to events and lectures held in cooperation with government and private entities.
