Dilmun Real Estate Portal Company has begun delivering to citizens benefiting from housing financing options the units of the first batch of units of the "Al Naseem District" project in Salman City, implemented in partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning within the projects of the government land development rights program, in the presence of Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, and His Excellency Engineer Ahmed Abdel Aziz Al Khayyat, CEO of the Urban Planning and Development Authority Mrs. Fatima Ibrahim Al-Mannai, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, Mr. Abdullah Talib, Director General of the Housing Bank, and a number of officials from the Ministry and the company.
The project units handover ceremony witnessed Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, and Mr. Abdullah Ali, CEO of Dilmun Real Estate Gate Company, handing over to citizens the keys to the housing units for the first phase, after the completion rates of construction and infrastructure works for this batch were completed, provided that the rest of the project units will be handed over to the beneficiaries successively according to the timetable prepared for this project.
On this occasion, Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, confirmed that the Kingdom of Bahrain, under the leadership of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the country, may God protect and preserve him, and the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, is continuing to implement its housing projects and programs, which contribute to meeting the needs of citizens and enhancing partnership paths with the private sector.
Her Excellency the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning explained that the Al-Naseem neighborhood project in Salman City is a housing gain that is added to the gains of housing projects and programs that were achieved within the axis of partnership with the private sector, noting that this project is the second project to be completed after the "Suhail" housing project in the Al-Lawzi area in the Northern Governorate, all of whose units were inhabited by citizens benefiting from the housing financing program options.
Minister Amna Al Rumaihi also pointed out that this project is one of the projects that were included in the pilot phase of the "Selling on the Map" program, which was announced at the Innovation Conference and Exhibition in the Social Housing Sector last April, and received great interest from citizens, embodied in the expiration of reservations on its units within only 4 days from the date of its launch to citizens.
The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning praised the commitment of Delmon Real Estate Gate Company to implement the project according to the previously agreed upon time frame and technical specifications, which reflects the levels of confidence in this effective partnership between the government and private sectors to provide housing services to citizens at an accelerated and sustainable pace of work.
Minister Al Rumaihi congratulated the citizens benefiting from the units of this project, wishing them a blessed home, and stressing the Ministry's keenness to continue working to provide more housing projects and initiatives that contribute to quickly meeting the housing needs of citizens.
For his part, Mr. Abdullah Ali, CEO of Delmon Real Estate Gate Company, expressed the company's pride in this distinguished housing achievement, stressing that the delivery of the first batch of units of the Al Naseem neighborhood project represents an important milestone in the process of cooperation with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.

Mr. Abdullah Ali, CEO of Dilmun Real Estate Gate Company, reviewed the components of the "Al Naseem District" project, which consists of 131 residential units in Salman City, with a total area of the project site estimated at 23 thousand square meters, and various areas for residential units ranging between 171 and 190 square meters, while the building area for each residential unit is 265 square meters. The project is also distinguished by its coastal view and easy access.
