The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank organize the Mobile Housing Finance Branch Initiative at Alinma Complex

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank are organizing the fifth edition of the Mobile Housing Finance Branch Initiative during the period from Wednesday, October 1, 2025, until October 5, 2025, from ten in the morning until ten in the evening, at the Alinma Complex at the entrance to Gate (3).

In this regard, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning confirmed that the mobile branch initiative comes after the distinguished turnout in previous versions of the initiative, which represents one of the initiatives implemented by the Ministry in coordination with the Housing Bank to familiarize citizens with housing financing as one of the immediate services that enables them to choose the financing solutions that are most appropriate for them.

The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning pointed out that the mobile branch will provide financing consultations to citizens in addition to providing all inquiries, rulings and financing standards directly to citizens, noting that the initiative comes within the framework of enhancing awareness of housing services and ensuring access to the largest segment of citizens, which contributes to expanding the scope of beneficiaries of financing.

She pointed out that the initiative came to continue efforts to enhance citizens' awareness of financing, as 4 editions of financing exhibitions were organized, in addition to the conference and exhibition on innovation in the social housing sector, as well as introductory lectures on housing financing that are organized in various governorates of the Kingdom.

She stated that the bank will provide consultations to citizens through its participation in the mobile branch initiative and provide solutions that enable them to choose the appropriate type of financing. Citizens will also be introduced to the financing facilities through the banks participating in the program through the Betty digital calculator.

She explained that the "Beity" real estate platform will be available to citizens with all its services, and will provide more than 13 thousand properties, including villas, apartments and land, distributed across all governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain, with special provision for virtual tours of projects, noting that all properties that are offered are compatible with housing financing, within the (Tasheel) programs of all kinds, (Tasheel+), the (Mazaya) program, and the new category thereof.

She added that the "Beity" real estate platform will be available to citizens with all its electronic services, including the service of reserving residential units and completing the necessary procedures in an easy and immediate manner, in order to achieve an integrated experience within one platform, in partnership with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning.

The Ministry stated that the Housing Bank will present social housing projects implemented through the government land development rights program to serve citizens benefiting from financing programs.
