Her Excellency Ms. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, met with Mr. Zheng Zongping, General Manager of the Chinese company Century, and Mr. He Ke, Vice President of CMEC, at the Ministry's headquarters, as part of the visit of the two companies' delegation to the Kingdom of Bahrain.
During the meeting, the housing projects being implemented in partnership between the two sides were followed up, in addition to the latest developments in the implementation of the second and third phases of the Sitra Housing City project. It was emphasized that the work of the projects under implementation in the city is proceeding according to the timetable prepared for them, with emphasis on the need to continue working to accelerate the pace of implementation of housing units in both phases, with the aim of delivering them to beneficiaries as quickly as possible Opportunities to enhance cooperation between the two sides to implement new housing projects included in the government land development rights program were also reviewed.
