The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank are organizing the seventh edition of the Mobile Housing Finance Branch Initiative during the period from Wednesday, December 3, 2025, to December 7, 2025, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, at the Seef Complex in the capital, Manama, at the entrance to Gate (2).
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning confirmed that the initiative comes as a continuation of the recent launch of several initiatives, including the "Ambition" program and the creation of three new digital services via the "Beity" real estate platform, where citizens will be contacted directly to provide them with information and answer their inquiries about how to benefit from these services, in addition to providing consultations and explaining the provisions and standards of housing financing directly and immediately, in addition to introducing the projects of the government land development rights program.
The "Beity" real estate platform will be available in the complex through an interactive digital screen that allows citizens to experience its new electronic services and thousands of properties compatible with the "Tashil +" and "Tashil" programs of various types and the new category of the "Mazaya" program, which includes residential units, vouchers and apartments distributed across all governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain, in addition to the features it includes, which are: following up on the status of the application, booking the residential property electronically, and "digital real estate valuation."
It is noteworthy that the Mobile Housing Finance Branch is an initiative launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in coordination with the Housing Bank to provide financing consultations and answer citizens' inquiries about housing financing directly by providing quick and direct advisory services to citizens in various governorates of the Kingdom.
