The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning receives a member of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Investment Division of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce in the Arab Republic of Egypt

Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, received Mrs. Abeer Essam El-Din Refaat, Member of the Board of Directors of the Real Estate Investment Division of the General Federation of Chambers of Commerce in the Arab Republic of Egypt and Member of the Board of Directors of the Egyptian Federation of Investors Associations, where ways to enhance joint cooperation and open new horizons for investment in the real estate and housing sectors were reviewed.
At the beginning of the meeting, Her Excellency the Minister noted the depth of the historical relations between the Kingdom of Bahrain and the sisterly Arab Republic of Egypt, and the continued keenness to develop coordination mechanisms in various fields, stressing that the Ministry is working to translate the outcomes of the ongoing mutual visits to achieve mutual benefit for developing housing policies and plans in both countries.
During the meeting, mechanisms for exchanging expertise in the field of real estate development were discussed, and the importance of strengthening regional partnerships that contribute to enriching the real estate market with diverse expertise was discussed. The Minister also reviewed the new housing financing system and partnership programs with the private sector.
For her part, Ms. Abeer Essam El-Din Rifaat expressed her appreciation for the advanced Bahraini model in managing the housing sector, noting the initiatives proposed by the Ministry, which open the way for the real estate developer to be a true partner in development, expressing her aspiration to enhance communication channels to exchange technical and engineering expertise in the fields of modern real estate development.
