Dilmun Real Estate Portal Company organized a closing ceremony on the occasion of the completion of the implementation and delivery of residential units in the "Al Naseem Neighborhood" housing project in Salman City, which is one of the projects of the government land development rights program, implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, under the slogan "Partnership and Achievement".
The ceremony was attended by Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, a number of government officials, and representatives of companies, banks and financial institutions participating in the implementation of the project.
In her speech during the ceremony, Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, stressed that the success of the outcomes of the "Al Naseem Neighborhood" project in Salman City, and the completion of the implementation and delivery of the project units to the beneficiaries of the housing financing program, within a record period not exceeding 22 months since signing the contracts with Dilmun Real Estate Portal Company, comes as an extension of the gains achieved in terms of government land development rights program projects Which is one of the main pillars within the framework of the executive plan for the directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, the King of the country, may God protect and preserve him, to accelerate the pace of housing projects to provide 50,000 housing units.
The Minister explained that the government land development rights program is a priority for the government headed by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, may God protect him, noting that the program has so far contributed to the development of 7 housing projects, amid a great demand from citizens benefiting from the housing financing program to purchase units of these projects immediately after they are offered Reflecting the professionalism and capabilities of real estate development companies in implementing projects according to the highest modern design standards.
The Minister said that the "Al Naseem District" project is one of the qualitative projects that embodies the success of partnership initiatives with the private sector, and reflects its pivotal role in implementing innovative housing solutions, which contribute to accelerating the pace of providing housing to citizens and enhancing the sustainability of the housing sector.
Minister Al Rumaihi praised the commitment of Delmon Real Estate Gate Company to implement the project according to the highest technical and engineering standards, and within the specified time frame, which reflects the development of partnership between the government and private sectors, and enhances confidence in continuing to implement more sustainable housing projects.
The Minister congratulated the beneficiary citizens, stressing that the Ministry will continue to implement its housing projects and programs according to well-thought-out plans, in a way that enhances the quality of life and social stability for citizens.
For his part, Eng. Reda Mohamed Al-Adraj, Executive Vice President of Dilmun Gate Company, delivered a speech in which he expressed his deep pride in the completion of the Al-Naseem District Project, stressing that the project represents the result of an effective strategic partnership between the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and Dilmun Gate Company, within the framework of the government land development rights program, and with the support and coordination of the relevant government agencies.
He explained that the project was implemented according to the specified schedule and with the highest quality standards, thanks to the integration of roles between various partners from government agencies, implementing companies, consultants and financing banks, stressing the company's commitment to continuing to contribute to supporting housing programs and strengthening partnership with the public sector.
The ceremony included honoring partners from government agencies and the private sector, where certificates of thanks and appreciation and commemorative shields were presented in appreciation of their efforts and contributions to the success of the project and its implementation in a manner befitting the national objectives of the program.
It is worth noting that the "Hay Al Naseem" project is one of the most prominent projects included in the government land development rights program. It consists of 131 residential units, on a total area of 23 thousand square meters, with land areas ranging between 171 and 190 square meters, while the building area for each unit is 265 square meters. The project is distinguished by its strategic location, coastal view, and integrated services, which provides a modern residential environment that meets the needs of Bahraini families.
