Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, received Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Al Zayani, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Bahrain Society for Human Resources Management, and a number of members of the Society's Board of Directors.
During the meeting, the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning stressed that supporting national cadres represents a fundamental pillar in developing the housing work system, noting the Ministry's keenness to invest in and develop Bahraini competencies in a way that contributes to achieving sustainability and enhancing the quality of services provided to citizens.
The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning pointed out the importance of the role of professional associations in supporting the institutional work environment, appreciating the efforts of the Bahrain Society for Human Resources Management in developing national competencies and enhancing professional practices.
For his part, Mr. Ahmed Mohammed Al-Zayani, Chairman of the Bahrain Society for Human Resources Management, expressed his appreciation for the role played by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in advancing urban development, stressing the Society's readiness to harness all its expertise and training capabilities to support the Ministry's plans to develop its national cadres, praising the partnership paths pursued by the Ministry and cooperation with civil society institutions.
