Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, witnessed the laying of the foundation stone for the project to establish 24 housing units in Salman City, which is being implemented within the government land development rights program in partnership with the private sector represented by the alliance of "Nasij" Real Estate Development Companies and "Al-Muayyad Contracting Group", in the presence of Mr. Amin Al-Arayedh, CEO of Nasij Company, and Ms. Hala Farouk Al-Muayyad, CEO of Al-Muayyad Contracting Company.

On this occasion, Minister Al Rumaihi stressed that the start of construction work on the project embodies the continuation of work paths aimed at increasing the real estate stock and providing more innovative housing projects according to the specified timetables, noting that this project comes as an extension of the tangible successes achieved by the government land development rights program, including the prior launch of seven housing projects targeting the provision of more than 4,000 housing units between 2024 and 2027 In addition to completing and reserving pioneering projects such as the Suhail project in the Al-Lawzi area, the Al-Naseem neighborhood project in Salman City, the Wadi project units in the Al-Buhair area, and the Danat Houra Sand project.

 The Minister explained that the partnership with the private sector has proven successful in accelerating the pace of providing housing to citizens, noting the role of national companies and real estate developers in implementing housing projects and managing construction with high efficiency and according to the highest standards of quality and sustainability that meet the aspirations of Bahraini families. 

For his part, Mr. Amin Al-Arayedh, CEO of Naseej Company, said: "Laying the foundation stone for the project to establish 24 housing units in Salman City reflects Naseej Company's approach to providing integrated housing solutions that combine quality, innovation and community commitment, and confirms the extent of its commitment to activating partnership between the government and private sectors in a way that contributes to developing quality housing projects that serve a larger segment of citizens" Pointing out that the housing units project in Salman City reflects the company's drive to implement integrated urban projects that keep pace with the government's aspirations to provide housing for citizens, thus consolidating the role of the private sector in achieving sustainable development.
