The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank are organizing the eighth edition of the Mobile Housing Finance Branch Initiative, from Wednesday, July 15, 2026, to Sunday, July 19, 2026, from 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., at the City Center Bahrain.
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning confirmed that organizing this edition comes within the framework of continuing to enhance direct communication with citizens, and introducing them to the latest housing and financing initiatives and services, most notably the "Tamouh" program, and the new digital services through the "Beity" real estate platform, which contributes to facilitating the procedures for benefiting from housing options, and providing the necessary consultations directly and immediately.
The Ministry explained that its representatives and representatives of the Housing Bank will be present in the mobile branch to provide consultations and respond to citizens' inquiries regarding housing financing programs, explain their provisions and criteria for benefiting from them, in addition to introducing government land development rights program projects and the real estate options they provide that are in line with citizens' needs and aspirations.
The "Betty" real estate platform will also be available in the complex through an interactive digital screen, allowing citizens to view its electronic services, and review properties compatible with the "Tasheel +" and "Tasheel" programs, and the new category of the "Mazaya" program, in addition to learning about the mechanisms for benefiting from the "Tamouh" program as supplementary financing within the "Betty" real estate platform, which supports digital transformation efforts in the housing sector.
The "Beity" platform provides citizens, during their attendance at the mobile branch, with an integrated digital experience that includes viewing the units, vouchers and residential apartments available in various governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain, in addition to benefiting from a number of digital services, including following up on the status of the application, booking the residential property electronically, and the digital real estate valuation service, which saves time and effort and contributes to accelerating the residential ownership procedures.
It is worth noting that the Mobile Housing Finance Branch Initiative, launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning in coordination with the Housing Bank, continues to achieve its goals of enhancing direct communication with citizens, after the success and turnout witnessed by previous editions held in a number of shopping malls in various governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain, which reflects the keenness of the Ministry and the bank to reach the largest segment of citizens, provide financing consultations and answer their inquiries about housing options directly and immediately.
