Within the framework of the Kingdom of Bahrain's presidency of the forty-sixth session of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council, the work of the jury meeting for projects participating in the seventh session of the Gulf Cooperation Council Award in the field of housing began at the headquarters of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, with the participation of delegations of member states and the General Secretariat of the Gulf Cooperation Council.
During the meeting, the committee discussed the projects submitted by the Gulf Cooperation Council countries participating in the seventh session of the Gulf Cooperation Council Housing Award for the year 2026, which comes under the title "Integrated-Service Housing Project.. "Enhances the quality of life," within the framework of the approved evaluation stages for the award.
The participating projects were also evaluated according to the established standards and mechanism applied in the award system, in order to ensure the adoption of a unified methodology in the evaluation process, and to achieve the desired objectives of the award in highlighting distinguished housing projects and pioneering Gulf experiences in the field of housing.
