Service Overview :This service enables beneficiaries to review the contract terms and approve them electronically. After approval, the beneficiary can view and print a copy of the contract, as well as printing official letters addressed to the relevant authorities.

Application Steps
- Access the Ministry’s official website.
- Access E-Services.
- Log in with the eKey 2.0.
- Select the "Electronic Contracts Service":
- At the contract approval stage (select “Approve Contracts”)
- After contract approval (select “View Contracts”)
- After receiving the service unit keys for housing units / apartment ownership requests (select “View Letters Addressed to the Relevant Authorities”)
Terms of Service
- The applicant must have an allocated housing request (housing unit, ownership apartment, or residential plot).
