The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank launched the mobile branch initiative for housing finance in its fourth edition, at City Center Bahrain Complex, which will continue from today, Wednesday, September 3, 2025, until Sunday, September 7, 2025, from ten in the morning until ten in the evening at City Center Complex at the entrance to Gate No. (1).
 The Ministry explained that the mobile branch initiative comes as an extension of the success achieved by the previous three editions, in light of the positive demand and interaction from citizens, and the response to their desire and suggestions to continue establishing these initiatives that enhance awareness of housing services and their benefit from them.
 The Ministry indicated that the mobile branch initiative comes within the Ministry's efforts to introduce housing finance as one of the immediate services for citizens to obtain housing, noting that the branch will provide financing consultations to citizens and answer all inquiries related to the provisions and standards of housing finance directly. Citizens will also be introduced to financing facilities through the banks participating in the program through the Betty digital calculator In addition to reviewing social housing projects implemented through the government land development rights program to serve citizens benefiting from financing programs.
 The Ministry stated that the "Beity" real estate platform will be available to citizens through the mobile branch and with all its electronic services, which will display about 13 thousand properties compatible with the "Tasheel +" and "Tasheel" programs of various types and the new category of the "Mazaya" program, which includes residential units, vouchers and apartments distributed across all governorates of the Kingdom of Bahrain in addition to the service of reserving residential units and completing the necessary procedures in an easy and immediate manner, thus achieving an integrated experience within one platform.
 The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and the Housing Bank are keen to introduce citizens to housing finance services. Housing finance exhibitions have been organized in a number of shopping malls in various governorates, in addition to a conference and exhibition on innovation in the social housing sector, and ongoing introductory lectures have been held in ministries, agencies, companies, and events in public places to introduce citizens to finance services.
It is worth noting that the initiatives of the mobile branch of housing finance are continuing, as the first initiative of the branch was established in the Country Mall complex in the Northern Governorate, followed by the Ramli complex in the Northern Governorate, and then in the Avenues complex in the Capital Governorate during the month of August.
