Current Position:
- Appointed as Director of the Project Implementation Follow-up Directorate at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning pursuant to Resolution No. (39) of 2025, issued by His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
Professional Experience:
- Head of Projects Development and Management / Client Representative at HAJ Gulf (Project Managers, Certified Quantity Surveyors, Development Managers, and Client Representatives – RICI ISO 9001:2015 certified), from February 2020 to July 2025.
- Seconded Development Director / Client’s Representative at Majd Investment Company – Al Majdouie Group, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, from June 2024 to July 2025.
- Headed the management team of the Royal Terminal Project and served as the Royal Court’s Representative from June 2023 to March 2024. He coordinated efforts with the Royal Court team and all stakeholders, ensuring the project was completed within a record timeframe. The Royal Terminal was used to receive heads of state and delegations during the 33rd Arab Summit (Bahrain Summit) held in May 2024.
- Seconded Advisor to BEYON (parent company of Batelco and Beyon Digital) for the development of their flagship project “Bahrain Digital City”, from November 2022 to May 2023.
- Led and contributed to the management of several strategic projects, including the redevelopment of Isa Al-Kabeer Palace in Muharraq, Symphony Altijariya Tower, Al-Hidd Bay, Ras Al Barr Floating Resort, Bahrain Investment Wharf (BIW), Adhari Park, and Durrat Marina.
- Development Associate Director at Manara Developments Co. (a subsidiary of Al Salam Bank Bahrain), from October 2009 to January 2020, where he managed the bank’s real estate portfolio, including major projects such as Investment Gateway Bahrain (IGB), Nurana Islands, and Noon Bahrain.
- Project Manager at Gulf Real Estate Development Company (TAMEER) from May 2006 to September 2009.
- Assistant Project Manager and member of the project management team for Riffa Views at Mace Group in 2006.
