Quality Policy

Based on the policy of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning and in line with the objectives of the Economic Vision 2030 to provide and enable citizens with limited income to obtain adequate social housing services, in accordance with housing standards, and to contribute to the establishment of integrated and sustainable urban communities in partnership with the private sector. The Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning is committed to ensuring stability for the Bahraini family, providing decent livelihoods and building the urban future in a way that supports the growth and economic diversification of the Kingdom of Bahrain in accordance with the Kingdom's strategic structural plan.

The above is achieved through the continuous development of the following procedures:

  • Applying and activating the quality management system in accordance with the standards and specifications in accordance with the requirements of ISO 9001: 2015, and the commitment to spreading the culture of quality in the ministry.

  • Commitment to communicate with citizens through various channels to achieve the principle of justice and equality in a way that meets the aspirations of citizens.

  • Periodic review of the quality policy to ensure its compatibility with the Ministry's policy.

The services provided by the Virtual Customer Service Center of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning (MOHUP) allow citizens to complete all their housing transactions, without the need to visit MOHUP’s main Customer Service Center at the ministry’s main building in the Diplomatic Area. In case the citizen requires support while benefiting from our services, we are always available to support them virtually and respond to their inquiries through our various channels, so welcome everyone.
