Minister Amna Al-Rumaihi said that the plan to deliver the housing units will include the delivery of the units of the first phase in the city of East Sitra, in addition to the delivery of a new batch of units in the city of Salman and the city of East Al-Hidd, and that the ministry will begin contacting the citizens who benefit from those units, and providing them with dates to come to the ministry on several occasions. Payments starting from December 16 for a period of two months, to complete the procedures for receiving the keys to the residential units.
The Minister also indicated that the Ministry has allocated budgets for providing financing services for the year 2024, which is scheduled to include more than 5,000 applications, noting that citizens can immediately apply to benefit from the financing programs by visiting the website and submitting the application directly.
The Minister of Housing and Urban Planning appreciated the order of His Highness the Crown Prince and Prime Minister to begin providing housing services to citizens, which coincides with the Kingdom of Bahrain’s celebration of its national holidays to commemorate the establishment of the modern Bahraini state during the era of the founder Ahmed Al-Fateh as an Arab Muslim state in 1783, and the anniversary of His Majesty’s accession. The Minister stressed that the order to provide housing services would contribute to providing immediate solutions for obtaining adequate housing, through the diversity of services and options provided to beneficiaries, and expressed her happiness at the start of delivery of the first batch units for the East Sitra Housing Project, which marks the start of operation of the first phase of the new city. , as well as the delivery of new units in Salman City and the East Hidd Housing Project, which reflects the progress made in housing cities.
