Her Excellency Mrs. Amna bint Ahmed Al Rumaihi, Minister of Housing and Urban Planning, received Mr. Akram Yassin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Baraka Islamic Bank, in the presence of a number of officials in the Ministry and the bank.
During the meeting, the Minister of Housing and Urban Planning stressed the importance of integrating efforts with banks and banking institutions, which contributes to providing flexible financing solutions that meet the needs of citizens and enhance the quality and efficiency of housing services.
She pointed out the Ministry's keenness to continue strengthening the partnership with the private sector, as it is a major partner in developing the housing system and expanding the range of financing options and solutions available to citizens.
Ways to enhance joint cooperation in the field of housing financing programs, and develop banking solutions and facilities provided to citizens, in a way that supports social housing programs and contributes to achieving housing goals, were also discussed.
For his part, Mr. Akram Yassin, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al Baraka Islamic Bank, expressed his pride in the existing cooperation with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, stressing Al Baraka Islamic Bank's keenness to continue supporting housing financing programs and developing innovative banking solutions that meet the needs of citizens and contribute to achieving the goals of the housing sector.
