By activating the executive plan for preserving the historical and cultural identity of Bahrain’s buildings and cities and launching the Muharraq City Development Plan, the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning announced the launch of the official page for the Muharraq City Development Plan on the Ministry’s website, coinciding with the launch of Guide for reconstruction in urban heritage areas.
In this regard, Ms. Donia Faisal Sarhan, Assistant Undersecretary for Resources and Information at the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning, confirmed that launching the page for the Muharraq City Development Plan on the Ministry’s website comes within the framework of efforts to introduce the objectives of the plan and its components, as by visiting the site one can view the guideline for reconstruction in Urban heritage areas, and following up on developments in work progress through the news and media materials provided by the media center. The page also provides answers to frequently asked questions about the plan.
